Kali Linux 2.0 - Moving Around the GUI Interface

Here I simply show a few keyboard shortcuts as well as what applications are at your disposal with the Full version of Kali Linux 2.0

running vmware workstation 11, , tried hyper-v (worst vm ever, almost no support and compatiblity, cant even change the res on the desktop), haven't yet tried oracle. i have it installed, found several issues off the bat, the control panel for the "main menu" suppose to be locatable through the "show applications" is missing, and most annoyingly, i have been unable to access my usb external thumb drive from within the guest. i did some testing and it says "it cant find proper controller", so quick question, how do i access my scandisk usb thumb drive from within the quest kali os? the thumb drive is fat32 format, and i did go into the vm tools and disconnect it from the host to connect it to the quest. it disconnects from the host, but does not register in the guest. i did some testing and found it registers my vm iso diskdrive (poweriso) and it detects that, i have no real disks with me i can use to test the actual drive

I Get problem in istalling kali i faced this :

Step failed: Installing the system or Installing step failed : Install the system at 80% or The failing step is install the system error on Kali Linux

what can do ?
