I live in Chania and can't wait to visit Rethymno again which was impossible till now due to Covid 19 restrictions. It amazes me how drivers always stop for pedestrians there. This never happens in Chania. Rethymno is a way more pedestrian friendly city in all aspects. Large sidewalks, bike lanes etc. Wish this would be the case in Chania as well
