Tegus rarely drop their tails. Never had it happen in over 20 years of breeding them.

I'm not throwing any hate but um.. you may not being doing this right. I can see rubbing burns on their snouts.. usually that means theyre stressed and want to get out. Usually from poor care and lack of attention. Please fix that issue, as their snouts can rot away and kill them, only if the stress doesnt kill them first. Also proper environments, reduce the chance of them dropping their tail. A "little scuffle" shouldn't result in two dropped tails.. there is a lot of other factors going on if theyre that stressed that both tails dropped.. hope this helped.

My Crack head uncle made my golden gecko drop it's tail, then proceeded to pick up the tail and chew it mouth open. Needless to say I don't associate with that guy anymore.
