The European Union has agreed to ban seaborne imports of Russian oil. This would be done in a phased period of six months for crude products and eight months for refined products. But EU has not entirely banned Russian oil import. How will this affect Russia?

Partial ban or full ban on Russian oil by EU, it won't affect the economy of Russia. Rather it affect the economy of European Union countries.
