Hello Shelly. I have been working out with you for about 2 years. I had a heart attack back in April. I am so happy to be getting my strength back to working out. Now my doctor has given me the ok to use weights. Whoohoo!! This morning the 10 mins, arm tone with dumbbells (triceps, biceps and shoulders) using 4pound dumbbell, I feel so good. I found out this workout recently.
