For our school clearance to get signed we needed to pass our school ID so I had to take an affidavit letter because the admin/counselor said if you lost things then get an affidavit letter and was very fortunate to get one which my uncle who is a lawyer, I was lucky that he was available but when I got back to get my clearance signed they didn't care or bother to ask where is my affidavit. So in the end it was useless and my time wasted. Affidavit of Loss
