One thing to note regarding the Panama Canal comment…. President Carter in the 70s made an agreement with Panama to relinquish ownership of the Canal at the end of the century. In 1999, we transferred ownership to them as previously agreed.

Just got back from my grocery store and there were signs all over the different shelves apologizing for being out of things stating they were having shipping difficulties.The store was probably 30% of normal inventory. This is in Oregon anyone else seeing this ?
