This is a synth I basically looked over because of the interface. The knob/slider-per-function concept is cool. However, without a screen or a numerical LED display or LED by each parameter, how will you be able to re-dial the proper settings of each parameter in a saved preset? When trying to reverse-engineer a saved preset, it would be very difficult to figure out what the parameters' exact settings were, especially if there is a lot of modulation involved.

I'm listening to this via ear plugs. Samurai, I felt the sound demo had like a blanket . Gosh because the 3rd wave sounded so hifi. But maybe my ear is playing games. I remember listening to 3rd wave and I was stunned at how open and pristine sounding .

The interface is utterly brilliant; particularly in live mode. Delay hold sounds great in various demos, but I do not believe it has sustenuto. I also have not gotten an answer to the question if they plan to implement per voice offset/drift capabilities. Same for whether in "super" mode the left EGs can have different settings from those on the right or is it strictly LFO phase offset for such differences to each side? Will the keybed offer as much AT travel as Hydrasynth? (Which some hate because it is spongy) For what you get the price is not bad compared to most over $3k synths, but it is still a LOT of dosh. If a long lost uncle ever leaves me an inheritance I will absolutely have one. Beyond that I cannot see spending that much on any synth unless it is part of how you make a good living.

Preferably, I hope they’ll make a Noir version. The layout and signal path scream out Roland Jupiter design. After hearing some of the demos, the sonic potential on this is staggering. It’s a modern day synth beast 🔥 I’m considering it if I don’t grab a Prophet-10, or an OB-X8. Really stuck with options 😅

I want to like the Super Gemini, because I was a fan of the Super 6. Yet, I sold my Super 6 with no plans to replace it with a Super Gemini. The firmware after 3 years still felt buggy. They added too many shift functions. Without a screen or read out the modulation routing, rates, global settings, arp and sequencer require remembering blinking lights, shift functions or best guesses. Even after I owned it for years, I found myself opening the manual to understand what the heck was going on under the hood. With the Super Gemini, it’s adding even more complexity. I was hoping for more to address the shortcomings of the S6, but UDO seemed to lean into them. It’s two Super 6s combined and added expression. Was really hoping for new filter types, wavetable scanning, more patch memory, more waveform options, FX… or a readout! I dunno maybe a different flavor of tone.

Oh well, in the end, I guess this synth isn’t for more, but I’ll reserve final judgement for more demos and walkthroughs.

Bro as much as i love the synth sound, i hate this binaural mode, it gives me instant nausea! I've watched them reviews in a headphones and i felt like the earth wobbled under my legs. They should have called it Vertigo Synth or something! Maybe i'm just getting older and grumpier lol.
Also what was the track in a background? I thought for a minute it was that Taylor girl but that i realized it was someone different!
