As someone who lives within 100 miles of here, I say divert resources from highway patrol to crime fighting. Stop pulling people over for doing 7 mph over the speed limit when the highway is empty and instead respond to the local burglary 1 minute faster. Seriously, we all would appreciate it. You're not doing the public any good by patrolling empty streets and pulling over people who want to get where they need to go just a bit quicker.
