Timothy Olyphant once said on the podcast that his son described Walton Goggins as having a Hobbit-sounding name, and that when he'd leave for work his son would say, "Tell Walton Goggins to throw the ring into Mount Doom." So, cheers to Henry Olyphant, because I literally cannot un-hear that now. The fact that Walton Goggins likes to drink and tell stories just reinforces the theory.

Without a doubt, been to Thailand twice. Most generous, kind, permissive, and helpful people on the planet, you generally wont need to know how far the helpfulness goes and I hope you never do, but believe me it goes extremely far. I imagine its cultural and also comes from Zen Buddhism, being a good steward and helping others relieve suffering.
