Tina/Lisa - among middle my top 3 on this show. But her episode in season 3 was lazy storytelling on the part of the writers. Middle aged woman without a college degree finds it hard to get work - seen it dozens of times. In my house, we predicted every scene without fail. Very cliche and disappointing. Still love the show but the next season had better be an improvement.
