that is a great tip.. i dident even think bout that.. i just did it i got 83-84 lbs of brass and 53lbs of insulated wire i could not hold the three cast aluminum tops and look down at the same time lol next time i hit walmart im gonne get me a fishing scale

mine will buy the coaxial if it has copper core, if not then it goes in something on a steel run...lol..

all that brass that is clean should be yellow bras, the stuff with the nickle or other plating (plumbing stuff) is what they call "brass refinery" here, the yellow pays a lot more here..

I use a digital fish scale to weigh my stuff, you hold it in your hand and it has a hook on it, works great but only goes to 50 pounds, also have a digital bathroom scale, I'll hold a box of shit in my hand and stand on it...lol..

i know dude i figure going to the scrap yard should be a happy day i hate leaving there mad ..i started calling out the metels the last few times at the scale and i noteced i get a lil more "scrapper respect" like this guy knows his shit..i do have to stand on the scale from now on tho if it does not say 167lbs im gona have to go to the next one

man I'd be fist fighting them dudes trying to rip me off like that, I tell the guys at my yard what the shit is now and they ring it up cause they know I know what it is, they got me many times before I figured it all out, that's why I did the videos so people don't get ripped off, caught the jerks once with a set of rigged scales, I stepped on them and it said my fat ass only weighed like 245 and I weigh 285 so no telling how many people they ripped off that day....the bastards..
