The constitution was structured in that way to avoid two scenarios' 1. To prevent the executive from stalling a bill or to use Wetas words putting a bill in limbo if they felt the bill was not in their favor, or to avoid a lacuna in law...What Weta is talking about doesn't make sense. The constitution has clearly laid out guidelines of what happens to a bill through all stages till it becomes law...the word limbo does not exist anywhere....

Kenyan Mpigs should refund back the hefty moneys they had awarded themselves as to help employ the Genzes- and also set a side 25% of National budget for youth employment and grants instead of engagement in illegal money christen Equalization fund. The house must have been corrupted to okay such a fund.
