When I said Passing off is trademark exclusive provision, I was only considering the 3 main IPR's i.e. Copyright Patent and Trademark.
Passing off is applicable in Geographical Indications also (GI)

Your other playlists such as torta, ipc, etc are good detailed explanations which i really liked and understand...
