3:16 was a VERY good answer and response. The U.S. is all "Bootstraps and Consumerism" when really we could be "Libraries and Community". Americans genuinely forget that SHARING stuff is an option. I think looking towards things like Library or Gift economies can really inspire a new perspective on how we think of the idea of personal or private ownership.

Robin has always been a giver. When I first met him in San Diego 15 years ago, he was trying to find someone interested in cycling cross country so they could have an experience and make an environmental statement, and he was willing to give his touring bicycle to them to make the voyage.
