Can we get the TB test before receiving CAS from university? Or is CAS needed to book the TB test and get it done?

Does the house address in the form of tb test need to be the same as the one in my passport? I have mentioned current address but its not the same as my permanent address in the passport. Will it be a problem? If so, what kind? I really need some honest guidance. Thank you!

Can I take my tb test after I submit my visa application fee, but before my biometrics appointment? So that I can have my report ready by the time I go for appointment.
