The western world needs to be in its “happy” bubble, consume excessively and not think about the consequences of its actions. The truth would make people feel guilty and companies don’t want consumers to feel that. The feeling they go for is instant gratification even if the feeling is temporary and later people sink into their empty lives. Great cause but people will forget this after you post your next video with the next latest and greatest toy. That’s how things are!

Don't stop asking these questions about electronics alone. Those $19 jeans from H&M and $30 jacket from Uniqlo or zZara or Whereverthefuckelse all come at a cost to the people, and often children, making them. Cheap isn't cheap at all.

They said those specific headphones weren't made using slave mined materials but they didn't state where we could buy them at. How are we supposed to help stop this of we don't know where to find the products that aren't made with slave mined materials?

I have two boys, 14 & 11 years old, I will have them watch this video and explore different ways to help bring this to light. Thank you so much for this life changing information. I can not express how deeply sorry I am for being so ignorant on how the products I purchase impact lives around the world. Not acceptable. Tech Giants, home and abroad, should fight to end these practices as hard as they fight to obtain our money and loyalty.
