As in all "professional" sports the rule should be: 1 illegal drug use out forever and entire salary donated to illegal drug crime prevention and rehabilitation. Acts of violence should demand 10% of a yearly salary and let the courts decide real jail time. Get serious, sports entertainment REQUIRES a much higher standard of behavior.
