Alright, chocolate lovers, I've got some news that might be hard to swallow 🍫

But stick with me here - this is important stuff 👇

You've probably heard that chocolate is good for you, right?

Well, here's the truth:

🍫 Those studies saying chocolate is healthy? Yeah, they were funded by big chocolate companies. Not exactly unbiased, huh?

🍫 Most chocolate brands contain heavy metals. Yikes.

🍫 It's processed food, folks. That means it's lost a lot of its natural goodness.

🍫 Here's the kicker: chocolate contains theobromine. It's like caffeine's cousin, and it messes with your body's ability to feel tired. You end up pushing yourself too hard without realizing it.

Look, I get it. Chocolate tastes amazing.

But maybe it's time we faced the truth: it's not doing our bodies any favors.

My advice? Stick to whole foods 🌾

They might not give you that chocolate high, but they'll treat your body right in the long run.

Loren You say that consuming "excessive protein increases the rate at which we age and die" which research do you rely on?

So you are kind of right and wrong. First of all, dark chocolate contains on average, around 67mg Of caffeine in one bar, which is only a third of what is recommended for your daily intake But most people eat milk chocolate which contains Only 20 mg are caffeine Which is much lower, so yes, too much caffeine can be dangerous, but you Have to eat a lot of chocolate to get past the recommended. Which in terms of coffee cups is like 3 and a 1/2 cups. But as we all know, the real danger of chocolate is just the sugar intake are in some cases. Sweetners, but the amount of caffeine you get from it is not a real danger.
And again i am not saying that caffeine isn't dangerous i am just saying that in the case of chocolate, it's the least of the worries. Also With the case of heavy metals in chocolate again. That appears mostly in dark chocolate But after doing some research, it is something that actually surprise me So I really can't say much about that 1.
