It’s brave - but hopefully you know all of us watching have truly come to appreciate you and what you teach us and the way you inspire us! The time you put into making videos really is a big sacrifice. I so appreciate it and can honestly say that watching your videos is definitely a treat - one of my favourite parts of my day!!

These two videos about yourself and coming to junk journaling are very precious to me. Thank you so much. I came to junk journaling via mixed media, painting, jelly printing, but nothing satisfied me over a longer period of time. Junk journaling however, brings out my creativity because, as you also mentioned, the versatile possibilities inspire and spark many many ideas. And as to explaining to others what I’m working on, I just show them. That oftentimes works better 😊. It was interesting to watch your process. Love where you are now and am curious to where the journaling will lead you in the future.

What a fabulous set of journals. I agree you have to make bad art before you can be a good artist. Just love the work you’ve done. Best of luck with your future Barbara, I’m 75 in July and creating art and making paper crafted items has helped me through a lot of Pain and personal tragedy in the last twenty years. Before that I’d never drawn or created anything except as knitting and sewing which is difficult now as my finger joints have fused. I think you would make an excellent art as therapy tutor, you have a lovely soft voice and calming personality. 💖💖🤗😘😘😘

Barbara, I just had to comment. I think your collages are the best. I have enjoyed watching all your videos, and seeing these get to know you videos have made me a life long fan now. I was very surprised to find out in a latter video that you are 49. I thought by your voice, hands, style and music you would be in your 20s. I wish you every success in your future plans. You must do what YOU want to do before its too late. Time has a habit of speeding up as you get older. I regret not following my creative instinct when I was young, but instead went down the "sensible and safe" path. I can only partake as a hobby now, which is nice, but not fullfilling. Love Jo x
