This classic goes well on its own or spread with a little butter - or it can be warmed up and served with cream or butter as a simple dessert. This looks like an easy, but delicious cake to make! Thank you for sharing. I have a question: when you say “Pop it into the oven at 180 degrees” is this in a fan oven or not? If not I assume it would be at 160 degrees?
