FULL-length CLASS. Live Yoga teaching for everyone focusing on how to use your yoga practice to cope with uncertain times. This class is using basic yoga techniques to invite Yoga beginners as well as dedicated yoga practitioners to learn or deepen your fundamental yoga practice.

I am not simply guiding you through a sequence of yoga asanas but teaching you 'the WHY and the HOW', so you get empowered to use these principles not just at the moment, but allow them to enhance your yoga journey.
