That's really smart of them to get PAID for people to take their dogs for walks. Usually you have to pay people to walk your dogs for you, or have people volunteer to walk your dogs. This is really brilliant.

A list with the amount every dog has been outside should be kept. Then you can see which dog went out the least so you can give that dog a good day outside.

They did that in America when Pokemon go was a big thing
So dog shelters would rent out their dogs because " you don't look like a loser with a dog" they pay a small fee (equivalent to the adoption fee) and then people would take the dogs out and sometimes not bring them back cause they liked em so much

This is so nice to see! You hear a lot about horrible pet shops and other animal related places in Japan exploiting animals and putting them in tiny spaces and horrible conditions. And then on the contrary there is this wonderful business giving a new home and taking care for rescue dogs. Amazing!
