Thnx for the video. It would be nice to have such videos for all the features of the device. Usually batteries have lower capacity at higher discharge rate and higher capacity at lower discharge rate. In your results both the P100 and P102 gave better, slightly higher capacity at 2A compared to the 1A discharge. What is the reason for that?

At 3:57, you show your graphing of the capacity in mAh - how did you generate your Excel graphs? I didn't end up with time in my data log file when I recorded the battery test using the DL3021A (I ended up with I, P, V, and R only without a timestamp). Any help would be awesome!

I believe firmware v00.01.01.00.09 2017-08-014 added watt-hour measurements to the battery test program, but does it also add support to stop testing after discharging a certain Wh amount? Similar to what C_Stop does, but in Wh? Perhaps an updated video with the latest features will be helpful.

Thanks for the demo! I'm looking for something like Rigol DL3021/DL3031 Programmable DC Electronic Load Tester. Does these testers have a long record time - like several hours, to test the voltage and amps a power supply is using with a graph on the LCD display? I assume it is savable and one can print these - do I need a certain model Rigol, before this feature is enabled? Is there anywhere less expensive version that can do what this Rigol does? Thanks in advance for your answer.

I just bought this instrument because I wanted to use the battery plot function with a computer. I confirm, this function does not work, the battery test does not work with the ultraload software.

Just a hobbiest here . I'd like to know what do program as a constant when testing batteries in general, do you keep the voltage or current steady ? Can this be explained any easier for a diy hobbiest . I'm basically studying this machine to see if my gate motor batteries are any good . I stay on a farm and it's a hassle to drive into town everytime. Any advice

for battery test ....it is possible to set programmed stops time ?
infact in many applications they are rarely used continuously without stopping until the minimum discharge voltage, this possibility is there?

Once the device (DL3021) is set on Battery mode and the PC application is connected, it show the message: "APP mode is not supported in the main interface, CC mode will be enable". After active the load in the PC app (press ON/OFF button) the current is zero. It seem the settings doesn't come from the APP mode like show in the video. I try many ways but I was no able to record the variables in the APP using battery testing. Neither in device View screen, with record function (just 96 sec or less using a USB memory). Not sure how this video is made. Any suggestion is welcome.

Can you get the front display or the software to show cumulative energy in Wh or do you have to calculate that yourself from the csv file?

The battery test really needs to test batteries in watt-hour to be useful. I don't understand why ampere-hour is the only value being displayed, it's not useful at all.

Only problem is that you just killed your lithium battery by draining it down to 1, 8v/cell in that 5 cell pack. Dont go lower than 3v/cell and absolutely not under 2, 5v/cell.

why all this other nonsense 3:53 about the NIMH battery.. your not selling a LiIon battery and trying to make play for that over NIMH, let the g0d dang programmable Rigol-product take center instead of all this battery nonsense.
show the features and the settings of this electronic load.. give an brief overview of the product..
wow.. RIGOL in a nutshell.. like common sense just been flushed out with the bathwater.
