Is there a way to trigger a tag based on a conditional form? For example, I have one I'm making for Permits/Utilities; is there a way to make it so that "Is there a permit required?" is equal to "yes, " it will automatically add a "permit" tag on the job?

Now for the real question....How do you require the tech to do this on a daily basis? We need to do this for DOT in our area and currently use DOT books. I would love to be able to ditch these.
