This is really good, cause the Slant Board allows you to run faster and Jump higher and if you have poor ankle Mobility, then it's really productive for strengthening your knee's and for those, who have poor ankle Mobility. But i think if you have good ankle Mobility, then you can even get more Range of Motion with it. But if you don't have this Slant Board, then use weight and place it under your Foot with the toes on the Floor.

I have zero cartilage left in my knees. Not an excuse I know... A fact. I try to do squats with lightweight but it's more damaging. Sounds like popcorn in the microwave when I squat. But that's just bone on phone, grinding and popping. Anything I can do to build Yes I muscle around this problem? I do recumbent bike with heavy resistance... To keep my quads looking good. And I do a lot of calf raises but my knees are locked. So my calves are still in good shape.
