While coming out of Shamiyana Shivaji Maharaj was hit on his head by sword of Sayyad Banda who was Bodyguard to Khan. But Maharaj survived the blow because he had worn a metal cap inside his Jiretop. So in all Shivaji Maharaj had made eloborate planning to make Sure that Khan will not go alive from there. तो आला नव्हता त्याला आणला होता.

One thing she forgot to mention is that after killing the Afjal Khan forces, Marathas in a surprising attack went till Panhala and captured region upto that in just 18 days 🚩🚩

Most important aspect of Shivrai's warfare is that he makes the enemy pay for any mischievous act and imposes cost.

When Shaista Khan looted Pune, Shivaji Maharaj drives him out of Pune and did not stop there. He imposed cost by looting Surat.

The gist however is that both Afzal Khan and Chh. Shivaji Maharaj knew both of them would not go out of the meeting tent alive. Shivaji Maharaj was more prepared and Afzal Khan was more arrogant.
