Set in Kōdo Ikusei during the climax of the First Year Arc, this season marks the conclusion of the students' initial year. Ayanokoji and his peers, now in Class C due to an agreement with Ryuuen, face the challenge of surpassing Class D and Ichinose's Class B.

The story unfolds with a unique Special Test – the Mixed Training Camp, set in a nearby mountain. Students are divided by gender and then regrouped, with each group requiring a leader. These leaders earn double points but also risk expulsion if their group fails.

To prevent manipulation, leaders can select someone to be expelled alongside them. As alliances form and tensions rise, the characters must cooperate and navigate various exams, all while sinister plots unfold behind the scenes.

Amidst this, Suzune's brother, Manabu, seeks to get closer to Ayanokoji, sparking new rivalries and storylines that will shape the fate of the students as they approach the end of their time at Kōdo Ikusei.
