Optimus has had enough

Transformers: The Last Knight is a 2017 American science fiction action film based on Hasbro's Transformers toy line. The film is the fifth installment in the Transformers film series and the sequel to Transformers: Age of Extinction (2014). The film is directed by Michael Bay from a screenplay by Art Marcum, Matt Holloway, and Ken Nolan. It stars Mark Wahlberg reprising his role from Age of Extinction, while Josh Duhamel, John Turturro, and Glenn Morshower reprise their roles from the first three films, as well as Laura Haddock, Isabela Moner, Jerrod Carmichael, Santiago Cabrera, and Anthony Hopkins all joining the cast.
As Cybertron's remains ravaged Earth, the Autobots, Dragonstorm, and the humans, now working with the reformed TRF, launches a direct assault on Cybertron to defeat the Decepticons, Megatron, and Quintessa. During the battle, Viviane removes the staff and stops the transfer. Optimus defeats Megatron while Bumblebee seemingly kills Quintessa. With both worlds saved, the Autobots leave Earth to rebuild Cybertron.

Meanwhile, Quintessa, who has survived the battle, disguises herself as a human and approaches a group of scientists inspecting one of Unicron's horns and offers them a way to destroy him.

The film is the seventh installment in the Transformers film series and a standalone sequel to Bumblebee (2018).[3] The film is directed by Steven Caple Jr. from a screenplay by Joby Harold, Darnell Metayer, Josh Peters, Erich Hoeber, and Jon Hoeber. It stars Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback alongside Luna Lauren Vélez, Dean Scott Vazquez, and Tobe Nwigwe (in his film debut), as well as the voice talents of Ron Perlman, Peter Dinklage, Michelle Yeoh, Liza Koshy, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Pete Davidson, Colman Domingo, Cristo Fernández, Tongayi Chirisa, and returning franchise regulars Peter Cullen, John DiMaggio, and David Sobolov.

All jokes aside, this is interesting because throughout the series most of time Megatron in the end would always try to reason with Optimus, be it in the first film in Mission City, when he tried to convince Optimus about the humans and during the finale of Dotm, and in the last knight, Megatron despite all his evil, still somewhat thought of Optimus as his brother despite them being on different sides, while Optimus has had enough of the war and couldn't care less.

I really love how Megatron isn't even intimidated by Optimus this time around. He got his arm chopped off and immediately overpowers Optimus. He really has learned from his past mistakes in the previous body and it shows that he just got a shit body in RotF and DotM which is why he easily gets manhandled. A lot of people seem to think that Megatron died after this scene but I seriously doubt it. Earlier in the movie, it was shown that Megatron's jets are in his back and he can fly without transforming so I highly doubt being thrown out of the place would be the killing blow
