Well said!! Even I haven't ever learned from hand written notes and really it makes even more difficult to learn to code....I mean you cannot learn by just reading and creating notes for everything you have learned. You understand that by doing and implementing that knowledge in some project or something.

TLDR :- Official documentation are your notes.

For interview topics like closure, lexical scope, and other meta programming concepts you should be making your notes on your own according to your understanding. Someone's else notes won't benefit you because you have not written it yourself according to your understanding.
