I just googled Fugashi... Fugashi is made of fried wheat (made of wheat and water) and flavored with sugar or brown sugar. Outside surface is very crispy with sugar, and the inside has a sweet and fluffy texture.

It’s interesting to me that this man can say a simple phrase like “very shut up” in Japanglish and I know instantly what that means, but there is no equivalent phrase in proper English. “Extra shut up” is also not proper, same with “super shut up” and “shut up so much”. “Don’t say that” is less intense, “shut your mouth” is more rude/intense.
