Love this vid. It covers every aspect of an LO! Also, it’s very informative knowing what my superior is looking for!

3 months in as a new LO and I love it. There’s so much to learn and soaking it in is amazing!! I’m recently incorporating NEPQ questions to create urgency to get clients to pre-qual.

I know mortgage & real estate knowledge will take time… but that doesn’t mean I have to wait to make $$$!!!!

Curious. Currently started my MLO license this week. Started yesterday. I did loans in 2007 and 2008 before the economy died. Then Cali trees at a high level, cell phones sales #1, gym owner, the to cars in the last 12 months.

I've been a top performer in several fields and have come back to mortgages with a different outlook now. Currently top in cars sales this year and making the switch anyway.

What caught my eye on your video was the non license needed for commercial and private. Because I may not get approved on my background.

So I'm putting together a marketing and team building strategy because ultimately the majority of the world lacks leaders, creativity, effort and consistency. So if I don't pass the background I'll build value in a different way.

I have a broker I'm speaking with here in Texas, but I'll be doing a 100 hours in studies (in 30-45 days)on YouTube along with knocking out the MLO study and test this week. Same as I did last year before switching to cars to increase my income.
