Eberflus is overwhelmed, guy is not HC material. Seattle Coordinator has never had a high scoring offense or experience developing a rookie- his big achievement was reviving Geno Smiths career, which would've been more useful had they kept Fields. The coaching just isn't there.

Former Bears players who are covering the Bears both before and after the game on radio or tv have incredible wisdom and knowledge about the team. I say put them on the sidelines as Bears coaches and remove the current coaches and put them on radio and tv as Bears commentators and watch the team improve bigtime

I wanted flus gone after last year. They couldn't fully commit to offensove changes so it was just a half measure. Now he will be gone after this year and it sets williams and the team back a year. Also poles bot addressing oline was a huge oversight along with not replacing the oline coach

Well we took an o coordinator that didn't ever do much in Seattle. Poles has been great or awful nothing in between. Gets attached to some players and makes awful decisions on them. We are 2 o lineman away from being dangerous.

Last year the run game was good only because of JF1 and you are seeing what is really there in the running game. Swift got all that money because of Philly's Oline. Johnson is our best overall running back and we need to use him. Unless we have and about face Eberflus and his coaching staff are gone at the end of this year
