For Maharashtra state board ; does one mention "Maharashtra State board" OR does one need to mention "Maharashtra State board of Secondary and higher secondary education, Pune" (as is mentioned in the marksheet)

Sir, I am OBC-NCL in central list (certificate made from Bihar due to native place) and also I have domicile of UP. The caste from which I belong is in UP obc list. But my central OBC certificate is made from bihar. So will I be applicable for applying in obc of UP NLU LUCKNOW.

Name as per which certificate - marksheet OR pass certificate OR school leaving certificate. There is slight difference in these...while marksheet and pass certificate have FIRST NAME. SURNAME ; the school leaving and migration certificate have FIRST NAME. MIDDLE NAME.SURNAME. So pls clarify as per which certificate we need to fill the form
