For those who don't know, the first one was actually a structural failure caused by a high stress maneuver witch essentially caused it to scramble mid-air.

The brazilian one had aerodynamical issues and so the tail section came off and the whole plane crumpled. The 1st one had a wing fixment issue which meant the wing detached în mid air

There was an Adam Air flight which pretty much did the same thing as this model airliner. Pilot tried to pull out of a dive when going way too fast and the plane just disintegrated in mid air killing everyone.

thing is, they are getting close to scaled speeds, but the real macoy is not made from wood and plastics, they are made from metal and composites, so yes the models cant handle the stress and blow apart .

You need to put sub-longerons with extra spars, in pair, starting at the leading edge at gradually moving towards trailing edge at every 0.25 point of the camber line. You also need to increase the number of ribs in each wing. Then, strengthen the joints with fuselage. Use a cross combo of carbon fibre 3 mm with a square cut balsa of 2 Sq mm. Less balsa, more carbon. The airplane was maneuvered too quickly and projected area to air at right angles is huge causing extreme drag to buckle up the structure leading to fragmentation.

Simply stated: you went out of flight envelope (a data projecting your aircrafts structural limits to flying capabilities).
