Does it remove files from other drives or its just using usb drive as C:/?

Nice video, just one question please: when I set up Windows 11 with Microsoft account, what name is my user folder getting? Under Windows 10, if I set it up as offline/local, I can select my name surname, and that is how my user root folder is named, whereas if I set it up as Microsoft account, my root folder takes automatically another name (not Name Surname, and cannot be renamed). How does this work on Windows 11? The log in screen what user name does it display? Thank you!

hey, can i do it without making partitions? because when i make first 1gb partition i cannot make another even with diskpart.
can i just have one whole partition?

Also, my dell inspiron has no TPM 2.0 installed in it. Then, how can I upgrade it to windows 11?
