Great information! I'll be 47 this year and fasting does wonders! Below are my fasting windows and they really work for me. One or two days a month, I won't fast.
Monday - Wednesday 16/8
Thursday- Friday 18/6
Saturday- Sunday 23/1 - OMAD

I'm 72, male, 5'9", 132 lbs. Started OMAD when I weighed 225 lbs back in 2020. So, I'm down almost 100 lbs in three years. I don't count calories/macros, but will start.

OMAD is working very well for me, although I will say I drag the meal out across about a 1-hour or so window. I am 53 and, with OMAD, I am losing fat while maintaining muscle tone by doing light weights workouts. Since I'm eating around noon, my food has time to digest, so I'm sleeping better. I do have maybe some chamomile tea before bed sometimes though. I notice that some damage I had from COVID is healing (e.g. nerve and digestive tract damage); and I think it's because my body can devote resources to healing rather than digestion overnight. I still get in plenty of nutrients and calories during my 1 hour OMAD intake, and, at eating time, I seem to crave healthy nutrient-dense veggies and protein sources and a little fat that usually is just the coconut oil I cook with and organic egg(s) from my hens. I also have "cheat days" about once per week when I eat whenever I want or because it's a special social occasion, and still having good results. So, the point about this all-about-me comment is that this guy Thomas is one of a few YouTubers who are literally saving my health and helping me reverse COVID damage and some effects of aging. I can't say thank you enough!!!

I've lost 15 lbs since January 1st eating omad. I stick to 1300 calories, keep it under 50 grams of carbs & workout daily. I shifted my eating window to lunch time & I'm never hungry or thinking obsessively about eating.
