Grow your natural hair overnight! Ever wanted to try rice water? See how it can help you to grow your natural hair a few inches in a month! I am showing you how to make and use rice water to get extreme hair growth! Rice water is amazing for strengthening your hair and allowing you to get amazing growth and length in a short period of time! Use this simple rinse to grow your natural hair fast!
Rice water is very easy to make and is filled with tons of beneficial vitamins and minerals to help your hair become very strong and healthy.
You will need:
1/2 cup - 1 cup of rice
2 cups - 4 cups of water
The amounts depend on the amount of hair you have.
Wash the rice well to get rid of any impurities and dirt. Once rinsed, add the rice to a container of your choice and fill the container with water. Mix the rice and try to break some of the rice to allow the minerals and vitamins into the water. If you plan on fermenting your rice, you should add a few drops of essential oils now, which helps to combat the smell.
You can now either leave your rice water for 15-30 minutes if you plan on using it right away, or leave it for at least 24 hours which allows the rice water to ferment, increasing the benefits of the rice water on your hair.
When you are ready to use your rice water, strain it and dilute the rice water if you have fermented it. Put the rice water into a spray bottle and begin to spray the rice water onto freshly washed hair. Apply the rice water to your scalp, your roots and your ends and also spray it to the length of your hair. Ensure that your hair is thoroughly coated and leave the rice water on for at least 5 minutes of up to 20 minutes (depending on how protein sensitive you are). After you have left the rice water on your hair for your desired amount of time, rinse it out with warm, clean water. You can follow up with a deep conditioner or style as usual.
