I would say the smallest that could be done is a gigabyte brix i7 4th gen rebuild with an odroid h3+ for a wearable. Low power and reasonable speed but nothing to write home about. With 64gb ram option and a couple of those neural sticks 2, and only 32 EU to use. Configured with open vino and some refactored structured ai like conceptnet, and wordnet with distill gpt provides the end-user with a slower Jarvis like situation. Sorta an ai helper for older people that might have issues with remembering faces and names. Best case use I have found so far with wearable pc idea.
