Ruby ridge and Waco are just the big ones most people have heard of.. Just think of all the people doing time in federal prison for something equivalent to a parking ticket. No actual law broken but a bureaucratic rule made up for nothing but making the agency look like they're doing something. Meanwhile, thousands of killers are passing in and out of the jail and bail process commiting real crime.
