I have Prestigio multipad 7.0 ultra +
MODEL (PMT3677_Wi)
I forget the password..
I try many different to enter the recovery mode but it doesn't enter anymore.. Please help me ahat should i do.. I saw an applicatiom on laptop is (android multi tools) but it need a driver.. I domt know whicj driver i download
please can any one help me

This is not hard reset, this is normal reset... hard reset is on android menu (bios)
