She never reached the level of stardom of many others, but she had one of the greatest female voices of all time.

Never changing - a real constant voice. Stunning. A real star. Totally underrated.

Heartbreaking. Love when Maureen starts this with the bridge. Saw her perform it in person umpteen times in nearly 50 years. But now the sadness. 😢. Viva Maureen! Prayers and good vibes to you!

What a wonderful vocalist. Woefully underrated commercially. The pianist's accompaniment was very tasteful as well.

I saw her in concert in Minneapolis in the late 80s...she sang her Gershwin tribute and started with Rhapsody in Blue! THAT is pure, raw talent! My sister and I were in awe! This song was her signature song -- her voice is one that I'll always hold dear to my heart as I listened to her through my childhood!

Apt to current times as it was back in 1972. And what a great performance as well.

I just read that Maureen has Alzheimer's and can't sing anymore. Sad. Now I can understand this song has some meaning. Very emotional moment. God Bless you, Maureen. There will be a morning after someday.

I'm sure she could sing anything. I grew up in the 60s and 70.s and that film is the reason I've never been aboard an ocean liner.
