Amazing how Indonesia, rank 127 getting a serious attention from australia rank 26. That alone is an achievement.

Imagine if Indonesia qualified and manage to secure 2nd place?
Playing from the first round opening match against brunei darusalam (almost the last rank in asia), and then finishing the last game against japan (the highest rank in asia).

Let be honest, nobody can predict what happened in group c. Australian beating by Bahrain, Bahrain beating by China, china beating by saudi Arabian, saudi Arabian beating by Indonesia, indonesia and Bahrain beating by china. Japan?? They in another level, before AFC qualifications started, I was think this group will be Japan, Australia, and saudi Arabian fight in top position and another will be fight for 4th position. But Its wrong, this group is crazy. As Indonesian, i hope the best for my country, even it made my stomach uncomfortable every time I thinking about this game game. 😂😂

Honestly, Indonesia's new coach Patrick Kluivert represents a more worrying sign rather than progress. Kluivert has a history of being incompetent as a manager. You look at his past, he coached Curacao and Cameroon, and in both cases, he played an instrumental role recruiting diaspora players to both teams. Yet himself has been unable to, say, capitalise from them. Cameroon's 2019 AFCON disaster, which Kluivert co-managed with teammate Clarence Seedorf, is the exact example when talent-full Cameroon was overpowered by Nigeria in the last sixteen. Then against El Salvador and Panama, Curacao is deeply overpowered by Eredivisie players and they still lost to both teams. It said a lot.
