TATA should improve their after sales service as a tata Nexon user I can say that customer service is terrible and even parts like door close indication sensor stopped working in my car and besides that water condensation is somehow entering DRL. And one additional suggestion from my side is that TATA should follow the strategy of Tesla and start service centers completely owned by them which I believe can help them to improve overall customer experience

As a dedicated TATA fan, I was eager to experience the new Curvv, especially since it marks TATA's first foray into the coupe segment. My visit to Sagar Motors in Noida was met with the usual excellent service and warm welcome, which I always appreciate.
However, after spending two hours test-driving the Curvv, I’d like to share some observations. While the en`gine is refined and commendable, I noticed some vibrations from the driver’s seat that reminded me of the Nexon. This was a bit surprising and not quite what I expected from a new model.
The rear seat legroom was another point of concern. Despite the car’s 4.3-meter length, the space felt limited. Additionally, the rear visibility was compromised due to the slanted rear glass, which obstructs the view and necessitates relying heavily on side mirrors.
In terms of design, the exterior didn’t offer a fresh, standout look. The front closely resembles the Nexon, with elements borrowed from the Harrier and Safari, but it didn’t evoke much excitement for me. The tail design, while different, still felt somewhat ordinary.
Overall, I found the Curvv to be more of an evolution of the Nexon with a refined engine, rather than a completely new and exciting model. My expectations were high, and while there are praiseworthy features, I was somewhat disappointed with the overall experience.
