Dear Heavenly Father, as the calendar turns and a new year begins, I lift my heart to You in gratitude and hope.

Thank You for sustaining me through the past year, for every moment of joy, every lesson learned, and even for the challenges that have drawn me closer to You.

You are the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, and I praise You for being my constant source of strength and peace.

Lord, as I step into this new year, I place my life and all its details in Your hands. I know that You are a God of purpose, and nothing in my life is accidental.

Direct my steps, illuminate my path, and teach me to walk in alignment with Your will.

Help me to let go of anything that hinders me from fully trusting You and embracing the future You have prepared for me.

Your Word in Proverbs 16:3 declares, “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established”

Father, I commit this year to You—all my goals, desires, and dreams. Mold them according to Your perfect will, and give me the courage to follow where You lead.

Let my efforts bring glory to Your name, and may everything I do be a reflection of Your love and grace.

Lord, I ask for Your strength and guidance in the months to come. Equip me to face challenges with faith and perseverance, and to celebrate blessings with humility and gratitude.

When I stumble, remind me of Your forgiveness and lift me back onto the path You have set before me.

Surround me with Your peace and help me to rely on Your promises, even when the road seems uncertain.

Father, I pray for my relationships in this new year. Bless my family and friends with health, joy, and unity.

Strengthen the bonds we share and help us to encourage one another in love.

Teach me to be patient, kind, and selfless, reflecting the character of Christ in every interaction.

As I look ahead, Lord, I ask for a heart that is open to Your leading and a spirit that is eager to grow.

Let this year be a season of deepening faith, of trusting You more completely, and of walking in the abundant life You have promised.

May I be a light in the world, sharing Your hope and love with everyone I encounter.

Thank You, Father, for the gift of a new year—a fresh start to seek You, serve You, and live for Your glory.

I place this year in Your hands, knowing that You are good and that Your plans are always perfect.
