How about you do the voice-over yourself?

It’s super easy. Just count the turns when you take them off and add about the same when you replace them.

I've repaired and installed garage doors close to a dozen times, and I'm not a professional. Is it dangerous? Absolutely if your a careless idiot. Doesn't take a professional if your careful, patient, and follow directions. don't let these YouTubers trick you into thinking they have some genetic superiority over you, and you simply can't do certain things yourself. Most people are capable of most things, if they put their mind to it.

Yes, these springs suck, they are heavy and can be under a lot of tension, I make these doors where i work, and i do carry those springs around sometimes, I also make the roller doors too. I 100% dont recommend fixing your garage door yourself unless you know what you are doing, even then its risky.

He’s doing it from the wrong side as you have to stretch out the spring and pushing the bar is 100 times easier than pulling it out

It’s not hard at all, just go slow and do your research I’m no professional I’ve replaced half a dozen doors no problems

Literally most guys with any mechanical aptitude and can follow intructions will do this with a buddy or two for spotting the ladder and maybe an extra hand now and then. The most dangerous part is the ladders they are not the ideal tool as they get jarred around by tightening the springs a lot and want to walk on the high doors if not spotted. Better would be some wheeled scaffolding or lift for tightening those springs.

Big fail if in Australia. Ladder facing the wrong way, and must have three points of contact.
