Thank you for a great video. I am afraid that you attached Rode Wireless upside down at 3:47 and on. That is why the cable seems to be a little bit long and it did not work with Me Mode. If you put the RODE the other way (clipping it from down upward), the cable length makes sense and it will work with Me Mode as well. I think you might have put the Rode as you did because it clips from top and you feel safe against gravity. Bit it will still somewhat safe to attach the RODE the other way because of six dots on the RODE clip and six holes on the cold shoe PT 20 match. I hope this comment makes sense.
