Neil joined RBS, a Global Bank with just under 2000 staff in Poland, in October 2006 after graduating from UEA with a BSc (Hons) Applied Computing and a MA Economics & International Relations. Neil has had a number of Senior roles across the bank in different countries. He moved to Poland with his wife and young son in May 2017. Neil also has a MSc Facilities and Environmental Management from UCL and loves to learn. Neil is a keen sportsman and runner.
Neil is a passionate campaigner for equal rights for all communities, recently initiating and sponsoring the first LGBT+ Business Awards in Poland.
