The youngest mother one is beyond disturbing and a prime example of "just because you can doesn't mean you should" that poor girl. People are actual monsters it's horrifying

my cousin married a son of missionaries. they were in Papua, new Guinea and were working on translating the Bible. Well, that tribe's language evolved so quickly that when the translation was finished, it was basically in another language

They'd get more than kicked out of a hospital

About the Radithor thing, it is true and there's this story of a guy which his jaw just fell off, he consumed it so constantly to the point he drank 3 jars at a day all this for more than 3 years, he died at 1932, after his jaw fell off his body was already disintegrating from the inside out till his dead and after more than 30 years in 1965 they exhumed his body and realized his body had the same amount of radiation as he died, they discovered that Radium, one of Radithor's components, has a life span of 600 years so that guy's body will be emitting radiation for a few more centuries

Also, Radium was a highly popular product since people believed that had miracle effects and was a component on a lot of medical products till they discovered it's real and scary properties

John Wilkes Booth (the assassin who shot Lincoln) had a brother named Edwin Booth- also an actor. Edwin Booth - right around the same time of the assassination (1864-1865) unknowingly saved the life of Lincoln's son Robert Lincoln from being hit by a train on a train platform in New Jersey - most incredible is that Edwin had no idea who he had saved til months later. This fact, it was reported, later helped Edwin deal with the fact his brother had murdered the President.

0:04 feet lifting you up, pushing you forward, and the lightning - Barry, feel the lightning. Feel its power. It's electricity pumping through your veins, crackling through you, traveling to every nerve in your body, like a shock. You're no longer you now. You're part of something greater.

Wojtek didn't smoke the cigarettes, he ate them. Also, he was originally kept just as a company pet but when the unit was boarding the ship from I believe North Africa to Italy, the British wouldn't let him on since he was considered a pet. So that's when they drafted him into the army and the rest is history.

Frane Selak was 67 when the accident with the UN truck happened. Imagine being 67 and jumping out of your car door and holding onto a tree trunk for life! He also went on to win the lottery in 2003.

The Radithor fact sounds like an item you'd find in a fallout game. Gives you a huge energy boost but gives you 300+ rads per drink

pretty sure the hand and table thing is false. when you touch something, the atoms are actually just repelling or attracting each other. plus, even if your atoms could theoretically miss each other, your hand atoms would have to phase through multiple layers of table atoms and vice versa. fairly certain thats not happening

The first female cosmonaut when she landed, she landed way off course.
By the time she was located by her peers, she had landed at a small village and was having lunch with the village chief
