Its so funny- when youre used to traveling - you get used to negotiating a price on EVERYTHING. Here in the states- you pay what it says ans thats it. Just about everywhere else - the price on just about everything is the "asking price" and rarely the price you pay. Im sure a lot of Americans arent used to haggling a price but that's something you should learn fast.
